Shipping & Delivery
Your order will ship from our production facility within 1-2 business days if your products are in stock and in 1-2 weeks if the products are not currently in stock. In order to ensure prompt delivery, we ship via FedEx so please make sure you provide an actual physical address. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you would like to receive notifications regarding your shipments delivery status, please provide us with a current e-mail address when placing your order. 
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security are important to us. We have tried to balance the interest of consumer privacy withthe requirements of open government. We will continue to review our web site to ensure that we are protecting your privacy as best we can under the law and will update our privacy policy whenever necessary to reflect any relevant changes to our site or our practices.
Collection and use of personally identifiable information: We do collect personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses, unless you choose to opt out of us having this information. If you do not wish to supply this information you will need to call our sales offices at 877-409-2929 and place your order over the phone. We do not use "cookies," which are pieces of data stored on the user's hard drive that can be used to track information about browsing habits during multiple visits to the site; but we reserve the right to implement cookies at any time. 
e-mail: Personally identifiable information contained in a question or comment sent to the agency in an e-mail message will be used by ETC Montessori to respond to the request and to analye trends. The organization may redirect the message to another organization or person who is in a better position to answer the question(s).
You agree that whe you provide such inforamtion, the information will be accurate. Under no circumstances will you provide false or misleading information. We agree to use this information in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ETC MONTESSORI, MONTESSORI CONNECTIONS LLC OR ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHETHER CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, A THRID PARTY'S UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ETC MONTESSORI, MONTESSORI CONNECTIONS LLC, OR ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES WERE GIVEN ACTUAL CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so portions of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Returns & Replacements
Data such as illustrations, drawings, calculations weights and measures stated in our offers, price lists and other documentation shall not be binding upon us.
Slight deviations in quality, color, finish, measures and weights generally accepted in trade or technically unavoidable are reserved.
Verbal promises by or arrangements with our subordinate employees shall be binding upon us only and in so far as confirmed by us in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing our prices are in U.S. Dollars for delivery ex warehouse, Houston, or Dallas, exclusive of turnover tax, inclusive of packing.
The types of packaging shall be determined by us. Packing is not returnable. Special packing requirements made by the purchaser shall be charged separately.
All delivery tiems shall be approximate and are not binding upon us. We shall, however, make any effort as far as reasonably possible to realize delivery within the given delivery time. 
The delivery time is calculated from the moment we have accepted the order and have received all details necessary for the execution of the order and any amount due by the purchaser in advance pursuant to the agreement.
We shall have the right to deliver the goods in several lots.
The ownership of the delivered goods shall not pass to the purchaser until he has paid to us all amounts due in respect of the agreement including our claim regarding shortcoming in the fulfillment of the agreement. As long as the ownership of the goods has not passed to the purchaser he is obliged to insure them against usual risks.
If we have accepted liability for the defect or failure we shall at our option either repair the goods or in exchange of the goods delivered supply new ones.
Return of goods without our previous approval is not accepted.
Our guarantee does not cover defects caused by acts of violence, careless treatment, use of maintenance, repair by third parties without our foreknowledge and approval or other circumstances outside our control.
In respect of goods that do not occur in our manufacturing program we shall only be liable for the guarantee which we in our turn shall have obtained from the manufacturer of such goods.
The purchaser is not allowed to suspend his payment because of guarantee claims.
Fulfillment of our guarantee shall constitute our sole and complete indemnification. Any other claim for damages is excluded unless caused by gross negligence on our side. If we in spite of this are liable to damages our liability shall not exceed the invoice price of the defect part of the delivery that caused the damages.
The purchaser shall hold us and our subordinated employees secure from any claims by any third party towards damages for which we have excluded our liability in these general conditions in our relation with the purchaser.
At ETC Montessori we are dedicated to providing all our customers with the highest level of customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that, at times, returns happen, and our policy is that you have the right to do so, no questions asked. If you do need to return any items please let us know within 14 days of the shipment of your order, by calling 877-409-2929. We will issue you a credit or a refund. All returned items must be in saleable condition, and must be insured since you are responsible for all items invoiced. Items that are not packaged correctly or we are not able to resell, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Any chargebacks/disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first shall be treated as fraudulent. All details including your original online form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing your IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Comapny (Fraud Division), and the FBI's Credit Card Fraud Division if the Credit Card Company requests us to do so. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
Ordering
Cancellation of Order Policy:
If you need to cancel an order please e-mail us right away via our contact page preferably within 1 hour from the time you placed your order. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be refunded the amount of your order less shipping when you return the order. Order Change Policy:
Once orders are placed they cannot be changed through our website. If you need to add products, please place an additional order - please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Viewing Orders
Orders placed through our website are viewable by ETC Montessori's administrative staff, employees, contractors, and preferred partners. Orders are viewed so that may be processed and completed. If you do not want to view your information pleae place your orders by calling our sales department at 877-409-2929.  
Updating Account Information
It is the customer's responsibility to update any information that is stored on our servers. Orders placed online will be processed, billed to and shipped to the address provided on the latest order.
